Important Information

Please note that the School is required to take steps to ascertain whether your child has permission to be in the UK and to study at the School.

Failure to provide full details / documents in relation to any of the below information will result in your application not being processed and therefore no place awarded.

Please note that in relation to all children who have, or will have a time restricted or temporary visas, including those who are sponsored by us, we reserve the right to:

a) request further information and sight of documentation in support of your declarations regarding immigration at any time; and

b) to share information with the Home Office as required, including for the purposes of compliance with our responsibilities as a licenced sponsor.

The School may be required to notify and / or supply information relating to your (i.e. the parents) and / or your child's right to enter, reside and / or study in the United Kingdom to the Home Office (and to do so whether we sponsor your child or not).

Please note the School will only consider sponsoring a visa for your child upon successful completion of our admissions process and where an offer is awarded, and your acceptance of any such offer does not guarantee visa sponsorship. Additional information will be required from you as part of the visa application process with the Home Office. The Admissions Team will be in touch with you separately about these requirements at the relevant stage.

If your child is not a British or Irish citizen but holds or will hold another immigration category that permits them to study at the School, including if they have been granted digital status under the UK’s EU Settlement Scheme or via a Dependent Visa, please provide evidence of this below. This should be in the form of your child’s digital share code, and front and back of BRP card (if applicable). If your child has a right to be in the UK via a Dependent Visa, please also upload evidence of the relevant parent(s) passport(s) and immigration status documentation confirming your / their right to enter and live in the United Kingdom.

In this section, you can tell us about any medical, emotional or behavioural issues that have arisen since you registered your child, as well as further information regarding your child’s development. These questions are designed to allow us to have an informed discussion with you about how we can best meet your child’s needs, as well as help in providing a bespoke environment for each of our pupils. This section also ensures we have the most up to date and accurate information about your child’s learning profile.
