Terapia: Specialist Support for Pupils and Families
Devonshire House has joined forces with Terapia, one of the UK’s leading training organisations in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy and Counselling.
Through this partnership, pupils from Nursery (age two) right up to Year 8 can access a bespoke service designed to support their well-being. Terapia therapists use creative approaches such as art, drama, music, and play-based therapy to help children process their experiences, express emotions, and build resilience.
Importantly, Terapia also offers support for parents, helping families work together to ensure children feel happier, more confident, and able to fulfil their potential.
Tooled Up: Empowering Parents with Evidence-Based Resources
We are also proud to have become a Tooled Up School, giving parents and staff access to one of the UK’s most comprehensive digital platforms for parental support and education.
Curated by Dr Kathy Weston and her research team, Tooled Up provides high-quality advice, research insights, online talks, and practical strategies on topics ranging from digital well-being to resilience, learning habits, and parenting in the modern world.
Each week, families will see a dedicated Tooled Up page in our school newsletter, featuring the best resources and ideas to support children on their educational journey. Parents can also register for full access to the platform using the unique Devonshire House school PIN.
